Eden Sustainable focuses on deploying rooftop solar and delivering private-wire PPA projects to schools, businesses and organisations across the UK. The company operates around the UK, including in Exeter and London, and was co-founded 10 years ago by Scott Burrows and Steve Baker. Its core offering centers on commercial and industrial rooftop solar installations and private-wire arrangements to bypass grid constraints. The business says the new funding will accelerate rollout of PPA projects and support wider deployment of commercial solar in support of the UK’s net zero commitments. As part of the deal, the partnership could enable up to 75MW of new rooftop solar to be installed. Eden worked with advisors PKF Francis Clark and legal counsel Wollens Solicitors on the transaction.
