eGenya has built a SaaS platform that converts traditionally manual, analog oversight of outsourced services—such as cleaning, maintenance, security, plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and elevator operations—into a fully digital workflow. By centralizing data and automating processes for both internal teams and third-party contractors, the software enables real-time visibility and delivers cost and time savings of up to 65% for large enterprises. The company has already secured 20 notable corporate customers, validating its product–market fit in Chile. Founded by Nicolás Méndez Olavarría, eGenya now aims to expand into Brazil and Mexico, two markets it views as ripe for digital transformation in facilities and service management.
