eHealth Technologies provides medical record retrieval and organization services and image-enabled Health Information Exchanges through its eHealth Connect® suite. Its eHealth Connect® solutions streamline care transitions and aim to ensure physicians have the right information, and the eHealth Connect® Image Exchange enables HIE subscribers to access full diagnostic-quality medical records within the patient record. The company serves customers across the U.S., working with prominent HIEs and top-ranked hospitals, including 16 of the top 20 U.S. News & World Report Honor Roll Hospitals for 2018–2019. Founded in 2006 and led by CEO Jeff Markin, eHealth Technologies is based in West Henrietta, New York. The company raised $41M in funding from Aldrich Capital Partners and intends to use the proceeds for continued growth and development of new products and services. eHealth Technologies provides continuity of care solutions that streamline and largely automate transitions of care, supplying external medical records and diagnostic-quality images within provider workflows. Its flagship offering, eHealth Connect, also delivers real-time reporting on referral patterns so hospitals can monitor referral business. The company says more than 50 percent of the largest hospitals and leading health information exchanges use its solutions, including 11 of the top 17 hospitals on the 2012–2013 U.S. News Honor Roll. In the past two years demand for its solutions has increased revenue by over 230 percent. eHealth Technologies is expanding its infrastructure and plans to broaden marketing of its solutions to IDNs, hospitals, HIEs and cancer treatment centers. Management positions these efforts to help providers see patients faster and improve first-appointment productivity.
