Eleva AI develops an AI platform that deploys conversational agents across high-traffic physical venues to guide visitors in natural language and turn interactions into actionable data for marketing, operations, asset management and leasing. Its agents also automate reporting and data consolidation for venue teams. Eleva AI already has deployments with major groups including Westfield, Klépierre and Carmila, and specific sites such as Westfield La Maquinista and La Gavia in Spain, as well as projects in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, a site in Italy and an Iceland airport via technology partner Mappedin. The company projects presence in more than 90 Spanish centers within the next 12 months, reflecting ongoing expansion. Following the €500,000 pre-seed round, Eleva AI plans to accelerate product development and scale deployments to lead the category globally.
