Emergent Cold LatAm is the region's largest provider of refrigerated storage and logistics solutions. Founded in August 2021 to meet rising demand for modern cold chain capacity, it operates more than 70 cold storage facilities across 11 countries. The company reports over 5.4 million cubic meters of storage capacity including projects under construction. To date it has completed eighteen acquisitions and two new construction projects, with nine greenfields in active development. Emergent Cold LatAm plans to continue expanding its regional network through acquisitions, greenfield projects and expansions of existing facilities, and to invest in technology and operational best practices to improve service and standards. The business recently secured a significant equity commitment that supports continued capital deployment across its pipeline.
