Empathetics is a Boston, MA–based empathy and communications training company that provides CME/CE-accredited web-based courses to the healthcare sector. Its core product is web-based empathy and communications training tailored for hospitals, health plans and medical malpractice companies. The company plans to use newly raised funds to expand sales and business development resources to implement its training across healthcare organizations.
