EmployeeChannel is a San Francisco–based provider of award-winning mobile apps that create a dedicated channel for organization-to-employee communication and engagement. The product offers real-time, personalized conversations, Voice of the Employee analytics, and tools for HR and Internal Communications teams to drive cultural and business outcomes. The company was formed from the former product team and investors of Navera and began a stealth initiative in Fall 2015; its first product shipped in April 2016.
