Its core product is performance-oriented running footwear designed to help customers get the most from each workout and improve running consistently. The company raised $1.1M in a Series A round. It plans to use the funds to expand product lines and distribution across its markets. Enda will partner with East African Breweries Limited (EABL) to create a locally sourced running-inspired casual sneaker called Mwanzo. The Mwanzo shoe will be roughly 80% sourced from Kenya.
