The company said the new capital will be used to increase sales and to support ongoing product development and strategic partnerships. Energate is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and also operates offices in North Carolina, Toronto and California. The company was founded in 2004. It recently completed a $7.2M Series B financing to support its growth plans.
