ENERGO has developed a disruptive, compact and modular technology that produces green hydrogen, biomethanol and biomethane directly on site with low energy consumption and limited capital expenditure. The company positions its systems close to the emitter or end user of the final molecule to simplify deployment. ENERGO is a member of French Tech Lille, FrenchFab and the CoqVert community, and was selected as a FrenchTech2030 laureate. The recent €16.5M fundraise is intended to maintain its technological lead and support expansion. Management says proceeds will be used across three axes: strengthening R&D, project and operations teams; financing R&D, experimentation and production equipment; and funding initial industrial-scale production of decarbonized molecules. ENERGO cites past incubation at Chimie Paris Innov' and technical origins linked to Chimie ParisTech, CNRS and Sorbonne Université.
