41 Flatbush Ave Suite 400A, Brooklyn, NY, 11217, United States
Overview
EnergyHub offers a comprehensive in-home energy management system that includes the EnergyHub Home Base, a wireless thermostat, sockets, strips and heavy-duty controllers. The Home Base displays current and projected energy use on a colorful touchscreen, connects to the web via Wi‑Fi, and is controllable through web-based and mobile apps on iOS and Android. The system supports modes such as "At Home," "Goodnight," and "Away" and is available in ZigBee and ERT-compatible versions. Pricing is disclosed for individual devices and bundles, from $39.99 for sockets up to $499.99 for starter kits with a thermostat. Previously EnergyHub sold its hardware to utility providers; the new direct-to-consumer launch makes the same energy monitoring tools available outside utility-sponsored programs. The company recently raised $14.5 million in a Series B to support commercial deployments and to launch the Mercury wireless thermostat software service.
