Enerside Energy focuses on the end-to-end development, construction and operation of utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Its current pipeline totals 4.8 GW of solar PV capacity and 13.2 GWh of BESS, with 61 % of the projects located in Europe and a particular concentration in Italy, where it is advancing 1.2 GW of agro-voltaic parks and more than 11.2 GWh of battery projects. The company emphasizes the strategic value of the Italian assets due to their southern location and inclusion in the country’s PNIEC zones. Proceeds from the latest capital increase will underpin Enerside’s 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, which calls for investing more than €60 million over the next two years. A portion of existing reference shareholders, including the Laurion group and Alternative Green Energy (AGE), maintain meaningful participation in the business. Additional backing comes from institutional investors and family offices based in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain. The fresh funds strengthen the company’s balance sheet as it scales its project portfolio across Europe and other target regions.
