Founded by Abhay Adya and Anupam Kumar Bhatt, Enerzolve Smart Technologies builds proprietary silicon, firmware, and power-electronics solutions for the modern electric grid. Its product lines span two segments: smart-grid equipment such as protection relays, smart meters, and analyzers, and energy-storage infrastructure encompassing batteries, battery-management systems, power-conversion systems, inverters, and energy-management software. All hardware is engineered to comply with India-specific regulatory, safety, and cost requirements, targeting utilities, EPC players, and renewable-energy developers. The company’s semiconductor-centric approach is aimed at improving performance and lowering costs for grid operators and storage providers. With fresh capital in hand, Enerzolve plans to accelerate IP development, enlarge its engineering and product teams, and scale pilot manufacturing. Additional funds will support certification processes and go-to-market efforts with utilities, private DISCOMs, and storage developers. The $5.1 million seed raise represents the startup’s first disclosed external funding.
