Overview
Enpulsion is an Austrian space-technology company that designs and produces electric propulsion systems based on Field-Emission Electric Propulsion (FEEP) for micro- and nanosatellites. To date, the firm has deployed more than 320 propulsion units in orbit, accumulating over 500 combined operational years, giving it one of the largest flight heritages in the small-satellite market. Moving beyond standalone thrusters, Enpulsion is broadening its offering to integrated mobility solutions that cover movement, positioning, and maneuverability of satellites, addressing the growing demand from megaconstellations and sovereign space infrastructure projects. The company serves both commercial and institutional customers around the world and has achieved profitability—an uncommon feat in the space sector—which it positions as a competitive advantage. Fresh capital will support scaling production capacity, penetrating international markets (with particular emphasis on the U.S.), and developing the next generation of products. Management believes this strategic shift will allow Enpulsion to capitalize on the increasing importance of in-orbit mobility for economic and security applications.
