Enso is a Spanish coliving operator founded in 2020 by Michael Erd Gómez and José Miguel Calle. The company operates premium coliving spaces that bundle services (cleaning, laundry, chef) and long-term management agreements with property owners. It currently has more than 600 rooms across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Málaga and expects to close the year with 1,000 rooms. Enso reported €3.2 million in revenue in 2023 and projects to double revenue to €6 million in 2024 as it expands internationally. Tenant metrics include an average age of 30, 60% women and 40% men, an average stay of six months (minimum three months) and a monthly waiting list of over 1,000 prospective tenants.
