Ensol is a Paris-based photovoltaic equipment startup that provides custom-made photovoltaic installations and advisory services to customers. The company was co-founded by Paul de Preville and Martin D’Hoffschmidt. Ensol plans to offer solar panels via leasing schemes and to integrate the entire production chain, including batteries, charging stations and a management app. It also aims to create a decentralized, low-carbon Virtual Electric Hub formed by the houses of its owner-partners. The company raised €3M in funding from Otium Capital. Ensol intends to use the funds to expand operations, broaden its business reach, and extend its range of solutions.
