Enterpret
548 Market Street PMB 84650, San Francisco, CA, 94104, United States
Overview
Enterpret’s platform connects to feedback sources (sales calls, support tickets, surveys, X threads, app reviews) and applies algorithms to surface themes, emerging problems, and validate product hypotheses. The product can join processed feedback with product-usage and revenue data, and supports rules to scrub personally identifiable information; the company says it does not maintain control over customers’ data to comply with GDPR. Customers including Canva and Monday.com use Enterpret, which has analyzed millions of pieces of customer feedback to date. The company reports that contract value has doubled over the past 12 months and that ARR is in the seven figures, with ARR having doubled between May and now. Enterpret faces competitors such as ScopeAI (acquired by Observe.AI) and Zendesk-owned Klaus. Near-term plans for the recent funding are hiring and product R&D to support growth. Enterpret develops customer-specific NLP models that analyze feedback across digital channels to surface product insights for product development teams. The company focuses on higher recall of insights by training custom models per customer rather than relying on generic models. Use cases cited include planning products or integrations, detecting early churn signals by comparing month-to-month feedback, and running growth experiments to validate hypotheses. Enterpret was co-founded in June 2020 by Varun Sharma and Arnav Sharma and launched publicly out of beta with early traction. The team has grown from two founders to 15 employees, and the founders said they have a handful of customers who have worked with them for many months. Enterpret has been in R&D mode for the past few years and is using new funding to expand R&D, product development and go-to-market efforts. The company declined to disclose revenue but indicated confidence in repeating its early returns across more customers.
