Envoy provides a subscription family concierge service for seniors and their families through assistants called Envoys who are connected via a mobile/cloud platform. The service is live in 17 major markets across seven states, including San Antonio; San Francisco, Oakland/East Bay, San Jose, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, and San Diego in California; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada; Denver, Colorado; and Phoenix, Arizona. The company is based in San Francisco and was founded by Justin Lin. Services are offered on a subscription basis and are backed by a $1M liability insurance policy through Lloyd’s of London. Envoy intends to use the newly raised funds to continue to expand operations.
