EOS Health offers the Living Well with Diabetes program, a platform that transmits real-time information, feedback and support to provide more personalized chronic disease management, with diabetes as its primary target. The platform is designed to boost adherence and patient engagement through personalized feedback. The company was founded by Kim Angelides in 2009. EOS reported a recent $8.2M raise in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing; the company declined to comment on the fundraise. Last fall it announced a new investment from 7wire Ventures, a Chicago-based firm that backs consumer-facing mobile health tools. EOS has also added senior hires including Joe Carey and Stephanie Kowalski (from Allscripts) as COO and CMO and Phil Donenberg as CFO.
