EON Foundation is a Palo Alto and Singapore-based blockchain games company led by CEO and co-founder Aron Lyu. The company has developed the EON Protocol, a publicly accessible system of smart contracts that enables developers to exchange traffic among developers and gamers and to launch games across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, EOS, etc.). EON will use the $5M seed financing to launch the EON Protocol and expand its developer reach. Its first title, Crypto Alpaca, launched earlier in the year and has over 200,000 registrations, demonstrating early user traction. Crypto Alpaca accepts Ethereum and the EON token, and a strategic partner, InnoVision, launched ARCat, which will also accept the EON token. The funding and protocol rollout are positioned to lower costs for developers while broadening player access across blockchains.
