EPACK Durable Private Limited is an outsourced design manufacturer (ODM) that produces a complete range of room air conditioners—including window and split units, fixed-speed and inverter models—and small home appliances such as induction cooktops, mixer grinders, and water dispensers. The company currently has installed capacity of over 2.4 million room air conditioners (RAC) and two million small home appliance (SHA) units. EDPL plans to expand capacity and pursue backward integration for various components, aiming to increase RAC capacity to 3.6 million units annually by next year. To support growth, EDPL is setting up a greenfield manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, expected to be commissioned next year, and is undertaking a brownfield expansion at its Bhiwadi, Rajasthan facility to be commissioned by the end of the current financial year. Company management said the fresh capital will help it serve existing and new customers with a wider range of products. Both CEO Ajay Singhania and Affirma Capital signaled confidence in EDPL’s market position and growth prospects.
