EpicentRx is a clinical cancer immunotherapy company developing a next-generation small-molecule immunotherapy, RRx-001, and a proprietary transgene-enhanced oncolytic adenoviral platform. RRx-001 targets the CD47–SIRPα axis and is being evaluated in multiple trials including the Phase 3 REPLATINUM trial in third-line and beyond small cell lung cancer, as well as Phase 2 studies in other tumor types and supportive indications.
