Epicode rebranded from Epicode School after a tie-up with U.S. and Berlin-based Strive School to become a career acceleration platform for the tech sector. The company offers six-month, mastery-based online courses with live, interactive components designed to maximise student engagement. Its business model aligns incentives: students can pay a deposit to enroll and finish tuition payments once they start working. Epicode trained over 1,000 students in 2021 and has a growing network of more than 600 hiring partner companies, including Fortune 500 and major tech firms such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, Jakala, Capgemini, Almaviva, KPMG, Cisco and Palo Alto Networks. The company says its initial focus is Europe while its ambitions are global, aiming to support tech professionals throughout their entire careers. It recently raised funding to fuel this transition and expansion.
