EpiCura operates a nationwide platform that connects users to health and social care services at home through phone and video consultations and a long-term elderly care offering. The company provides a customized booking model that allows patients to book and receive services in under 24 hours, seven days a week. Since its 2017 founding, EpiCura has served over 3,000 families across more than ten cities and logged over 31,000 hours of services with a satisfaction rate close to 100%. The platform also handles recruitment and bureaucratic management for caregiving services, and in December 2020 introduced night, continuous and cohabiting caregiver solutions. With approximately €8 million in total funding to date, the company plans to expand nationally into new key cities, add new services and invest in further development of its digital health platform and team.
