Eppione provides a personalised and localised employee benefits platform that lets employees select, amend and access benefits provided by their employer. Its People Analytics module creates automated reports on gender pay gaps, workforce diversity and absence trends. The platform includes an integrated insurance brokerage to help employers source better pricing and advisory services. Eppione began as a free HR management product designed to be monetised through selling life cover, income protection, pensions and other benefits. The company operates teams in Ireland, the UK, Australia (Perth) and New York and has an arrangement with a large UK HR consulting firm with 3,500 clients. Recent funding will be used to support growth, launch into new markets and add more features to the platform.
