The platform combines that dataset with proprietary algorithms to evaluate local demand drivers, zoning, ownership profiles, demographics, competitive supply, land area, topography, traffic data, and more for site selection. Epum's tools let developers, investment managers, and lenders identify optimal development sites, organise proprietary data, forecast submarket trends with purpose-built machine learning models, and prepare investment committee memos significantly faster than traditional analysis. The company is already working with two nationwide commercial real estate developers and one real estate private equity fund, demonstrating early commercial traction. Founded by former commercial real estate developers, senior engineers and data scientists, and a geospatial AI researcher with a PhD, Epum aims to accelerate product development and distribution.
