Overview
eqtble is a Y Combinator alum that provides an HR/workforce analytics platform which aggregates data from more than 100 sources (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Qualtrics, Culture Amp) to deliver visualizations and insights across recruitment, workforce, engagement (including attrition) and compensation. The product is sector-agnostic and targets high-growth companies with roughly 250–3,000 employees. The platform can be onboarded in about six weeks today, with a stated goal of reducing that to two days. eqtble helps HR teams identify hiring bottlenecks, reasons candidates decline offers, pay inequities and promotion gaps to drive more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Founders include Joseph Ifiegbu (formerly head of HR technology at Snap and lead of WeWork’s People Analytics team), Gabe Horwitz (co-founder and CPO) and Ethan Veres (CTO). The startup plans to expand engineering, machine-learning and visualization capabilities and accelerate user acquisition following its seed raise.
