Overview
Erevista runs SOLSEL, a secondary marketplace for buying and selling solar power plants, and offers services including the generation-data aggregation tool "Matomete Solar" and the environmental-value procurement service "OFFSEL". SOLSEL had handled over ¥140 billion in cumulative transaction volume as of December 2023 and claims one of Japan's largest listings of high- and low-voltage PV assets. Founded in November 2012 and headquartered in Tokyo, the company reported capital of ¥75 million and 89 employees (including contractors) as of December 2023. Erevista's mission is to "create the most through digital," focusing on raising Japan's renewable-energy ratio and contributing to carbon neutrality. The company plans to accelerate SOLSEL growth, expand marketing for existing services, speed development of OFFSEL and other decarbonization products, and strengthen hiring and corporate functions. To support those plans it completed a Series A first-close raising roughly ¥450 million.
