Fifth Floor, Jamestown Wharf, 32 Jamestown Road, London, England, NW1 7BY, United Kingdom
Overview
ESG Book provides a cloud-based platform that makes ESG data accessible and transparent, enabling financial markets to allocate capital toward more sustainable and higher-impact assets. The platform covers over 25,000 companies globally and delivers framework-neutral sustainability information in real time, allowing clients to be custodians of their own data. ESG Book combines technology and proprietary research to offer a range of cloud-based sustainability products and solutions used by many of the world’s leading financial organisations. The company was incubated by Arabesque in 2018 and is led by CEO Dr Daniel Klier. It is London-based and maintains offices in London, Frankfurt, Boston, Singapore, Delhi and Tokyo, serving clients across Asia, Europe and North America. Following the Series B, ESG Book intends to use the funds to accelerate adoption of its platform and expand into new product areas. Arabesque S-Ray is a provider of sustainability data, advisory and insights with a quantitative algorithmic approach that combines big data and ESG metrics. Its self-learning technology systematically combines more than 200 ESG metrics with news signals from over 30,000 sources across 170 countries and draws on more than four million ESG data points daily. S-Ray assesses the performance of over 8,000 companies worldwide and produces a GC Score (UN Global Compact), an industry-specific ESG Score, and a Temperature™ Score, plus a preferences filter for business involvements. Its daily data products and services are used by leading financial institutions, investors, corporations and consultants. Through its expanded relationship with Accenture, the company plans to scale data and processing capabilities and co-develop new tools and methods for capturing, analyzing and reporting ESG data.
