Estate Intel began as a real estate blog in 2016 and has developed into a data analytics platform focused on African real estate markets. The company aggregates historical rental, sale price and vacancy data for thousands of properties and offers subscription market dashboards that track residential, commercial and retail market sizes, rents and sale prices across more than 40 locations. Estate Intel has expanded its geographic coverage from Nigeria into Kenya, Zambia, Ivory Coast, Morocco and Ghana. The firm recently launched the public beta of Vesper, an automated real estate adviser that provides personal property investment guidance and rapid property value estimations. Management says it is integrating Google Cloud tools and mapping support to enhance its dashboards, mapping and Vesper. The business uses its data to help investors, advisors and real estate and construction companies better understand African markets.
