eTachki is an online auction platform for used cars that conducts in-office assessments and sells vehicles via timed auctions. After assessment in the company’s offices, cars can be sold “in just 30 minutes,” with eTachki taking care of documents and paying sellers immediately. The company was launched by Oleg Skripnichenko and Sergii Orlov two years ago after their work at e-commerce site ModnaKasta. eTachki has opened 30 offices in 23 Ukrainian cities and has served more than 40,000 car owners. Management cites its IT platform as a distinctive competitive advantage. The startup plans to use new funding to further develop its IT platform and to expand geographically.
