Founded in 2018 in Toronto, Ethica develops CloudAccess, a software platform that aggregates multiple internet links and offers seamless failover to guarantee reliable, high-speed connections. Sold white-label through ISPs, the solution works with any access type—wireless, wireline, or satellite—and eliminates the need for specialized hardware, lowering deployment cost and complexity. After initially targeting smaller North American providers, the company pivoted to less-reliable, cost-sensitive regions such as Africa, India, Mexico, and South America, where businesses often maintain multiple connections as insurance against outages.
