Ethris is a clinical-stage biotech based in Munich focused on developing ETH47, an mRNA-based antiviral therapy, using its proprietary RNA and lipidoid nanoparticle technology platform. Its lead candidate, ETH47, is an inhaled mRNA encoding type III interferon designed to induce mucosal innate immunity and inhibit viral replication across a range of respiratory viruses and virus-driven exacerbations of chronic respiratory diseases.
