Founded in 2014 in Silicon Valley, eTopus Technology focuses on designing and licensing high-performance interface IP such as PAM4 56G/112 Gbps SerDes, PCIe 5.0/6.0, 16 G D2D, IO Die, and automotive 4-24 G SerDes. It is reported to be the only domestic team in China that has independently developed and mastered 112 G PAM4 SerDes core technology. The company has accumulated more than 20 Chinese and U.S. patents, creating significant technical barriers. eTopus offers both standalone IP and custom chips/chiplets based on its IP portfolio. Its solutions have been shipped in volume within Fortune 500 customers’ chips and systems, surpassing 100 million channels to date. Notable customers include Cisco, Keysight Technologies, STMicroelectronics, ZTE, and Fudan Microelectronics.
