ETS' core product is SmartKit AI, an integrated mobile software suite for building operations and energy management. SmartKit AI delivers real-time data transparency, monitoring, predictive analytics and digital management tools that ETS says reduce energy and operating costs by 10–20% and generate revenue from onsite assets. The platform is supported by ETS' Concierge Service team, a deep archival data library and predictive analytics and currently serves 186 buildings across the Northeast and West Coast, representing about 60 million square feet and approximately 50 MW of electric load. ETS has doubled SmartKit AI contracts over the last 12 months and cites recent customer expansions and new contracts with Roseland Residential Trust, AvalonBay, Pan Am, Moinian Group and Manhattan Mini Storage. The company plans to use proceeds from the current offering for continued AI software development and geographic expansion, with a particular focus on the West Coast. ETS also works with utilities and grid operators as a demand response aggregator and a NYSERDA Real Time Energy Management vendor.
