Eunimart provides an advanced platform for merchants to sell anywhere and on any channel, supported by AI for decision making, supply-chain management, and an omnichannel suite of solutions. The three-year-old, Bengaluru-based company offers AI tools for automatic cataloguing, pricing, image and content optimisation, portfolio optimisation, competition analysis, and sales prediction. Its platform has more than 5,000 sellers and processes over 50,000 orders per month, with clientele across India and the United Arab Emirates. Eunimart raised $700,000 in a pre-Series A round and has now raised $2.2 million to date. The company says it will use the fresh funds to grow its sales, partnership, and marketing teams and to rapidly scale its product. Eunimart is a Singapore-listed company whose Vdezi product enables SMEs and merchants to sell globally via cross-border marketplaces and channels. The platform offers end-to-end support including shipping, warehousing, payments, and operational tools such as PoS, WMS, pricing management, cataloguing, orders and inventory management, global shipping and returns management, and e-fulfilment. Eunimart adds data-driven intelligence and AI-based decision-making around products, markets, competition and sales. The company has manually serviced about 300 customers across 40 countries during its domain-building phase. Eunimart plans to expand deeper into the e-commerce and cross-border segment, aiming to enable SMEs like handicrafts, handlooms and jewellery merchants to access global markets. SucSEED Venture Partners' investment is intended to provide capital and access to domain leaders and technology experts to accelerate product development and scale. Management frames the opportunity within a $550 billion cross-border e-commerce market growing at roughly 17% CAGR toward $1 trillion by 2021.
