Eurodia

Pertuis, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France, Europe

Overview

Founded in 1988 by Bernard Gillery and chaired by Mathieu Bailly for the past ten years, Eurodia develops industrial processes—using technologies such as electrodialysis, filtration and chromatography—for demineralization and purification of liquids. Historically active in agro-food markets (notably dairy and sugar/starch industries), the company has expanded into energy and decarbonation applications, including processes used to extract lithium for batteries. Eurodia's solutions aim to reduce customers' carbon footprint by lowering pollutant inputs and saving water and energy. The company has about 120 employees and reported revenues rising from €34 million in 2023 to €60 million in 2025. Eurodia has deployed approximately 450 installations in around 50 countries, conducts about 80% of its business internationally, and counts clients such as Rio Tinto in South America. The firm plans to scale up with more and larger installations and accelerate its international development, particularly in lithium-rich markets in Chile, Argentina and Bolivia.
