European Sleeper currently runs a Brussels-Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague night-train service and is rapidly expanding its network. The company plans to launch a Paris-Berlin route in March and may advance the start of an Amsterdam/Brussels-Switzerland-Milan service to this summer. Management forecasts that revenue will triple versus 2025 levels once the new lines are active, with the Prague route expected to reach operational profitability this year. Overall company profitability is targeted for 2028 as additional routes increase scale and spread overhead costs. European Sleeper already counts roughly 6,000 shareholders and allows retail investors to buy in from €160. The fresh capital will be used to acquire rolling stock, open new routes, and strengthen the network of much-needed European night trains.
