Eutilex focuses on developing anti-tumor T cell and antibody therapeutics, with an emphasis on adoptive T cell therapy. The company completed a 21 billion KRW (US$18.9M) Series A to fund its immuno-oncology programs. It has raised 30.5 billion KRW (US$27.7M) since its founding in 2015. Proceeds will be used to accelerate development and commercialization of programs and to advance its lead candidate, 4-1BB CTL, into Phase 2 clinical studies. Eutilex also plans to expand R&D capabilities by building a new Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility in Seoul. Other pipeline candidates include monoclonal antibodies EU-101, EU-102 and EU-103; the company is led by founder and CEO Byoung S. Kwon, Ph.D.
