Eve Security, based in Austin, offers EveGuard, a security platform that introduces the industry’s first Agent-in-the-Loop (AITL) named “Eve” to monitor, assess and intervene in AI-agent activity touching sensitive business systems. The product combines deep observability via support for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols with intent- and data-driven policy enforcement that overcomes the limits of English-language rules. Eve can detect anomalies, cluster requests, interrogate agents, and take automated or human-approved action, giving CISOs visibility and control over shadow or sanctioned AI agents. Deployment is designed to be frictionless, requiring no additional infrastructure. Founded by CEO Nadav Cornberg, CRO Sharon Eilon and CTO Amit Eliav, the company targets highly regulated sectors such as finance and healthcare. Following its $3 million seed financing, Eve Security plans to accelerate product development and go-to-market execution.
