Evensi is a San Francisco–based platform that helps people find events wherever they are and offers tools for organizers to promote events. The company has published 120 million events and reports 40 million users on its platform. It operates Evensi for Business, which automatically advertises events across Evensi, Facebook, Instagram and Messenger to geographically and interest-targeted audiences. Evensi raised $2.5M in pre-IPO funding from backers in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Italy and Australia to accelerate the company ahead of its planned public listing. The company plans to list on the ASX Sydney stock exchange in Q2 2019.
