Evermeeting is an iOS meeting app that records meetings, assigns tasks and notes, and provides agenda and attendee-list features. The app integrates with SaveMeeting for cloud recording and storage and offers paid transcription via SaveMeeting. Company representative Esther Romo Alonso highlighted that recordings have no time limits or device storage issues. The team reported running 1,983 meetings in June. Evermeeting began as an internal tool that "escaped into the wild." The team works out of Madrid and the app’s design intentionally departs from standard iOS conventions.
