Evermile provides an optimization platform that analyzes delivery options and selects the provider with the most competitive price and performance scores. The company says its engine can reduce delivery costs by 30% to 50%, making deliveries economic for small merchants. Its platform also takes full ownership over the delivery promise, matching merchants to the right partner for each task. Built by former Via and Optibus executives Omer Goldschmidt, Omry Hochberg and Ynon Cohen, Evermile targets pharmacies, flower shops, wine stores and local bakeries. The startup reports more than 300 local U.K. merchants using the platform. Competitors and aggregator providers in the space include Sendcloud, Shippo, ShipStation and carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, Hived and Veho.
