Led by CEO Jan Dzulko, the company serves numerous start-ups, SMEs and global enterprises. It raised over $32M in a Series C-2 financing. The round was led by Cadence Growth Capital and included existing investor Kevin Ryan as well as backers Deutsche Telekom, signals Venture Capital and Dr. Henrich Blase. everphone intends to use the funds to drive internationalization, product development and to grow its device fleet. everphone provides a one-stop phone-as-a-service solution for corporate smartphones, tablets and laptops, combining hardware provisioning with DSGVO-compliant mobile device management and fast replacement services. Its circular model refurbishes devices after a two-year life cycle and redeploys them, which the company says saves roughly 58 kg CO2 per device with two life cycles. The portfolio includes devices from Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Google and Fairphone, and everphone has been an official B2B partner of Samsung Electronics' device-as-a-service strategy in Germany since December 2020. Customers range from startups and SMEs to global players such as Henkel, Ernst & Young and TIER Mobility. everphone currently manages an active fleet of over 100,000 devices and employs more than 170 people. The company plans to use new capital to accelerate international expansion across Europe and the USA, ramp customer acquisition, increase headcount, and advance product development to grow its device fleet further. Everphone sells a one-stop “device as a service” offering that bundles rental of new or refurbished smartphones and tablets with administration, mobile device management integrations, repairs and 24-hour replacements. The service includes flexible device choices (iOS and Android), optional paid apps as employee perks, and pricing that ranges from €7.99/month for refurbished budget devices to €49.99/month for high-end kit. Everphone refurbishes returned devices and resells them, using that secondary lifespan to keep rental prices competitive. The company says it has more than 400 customers, including SMEs and multinationals such as Ernst & Young, and supports customers from ~100 employees up to enterprises of 30,000. Everphone emphasizes global rollout capability and plans to use growth capital to accelerate European expansion in response to rising remote-work demand.
