Evidentia Health provides an Enhanced Diagnostic Reports platform for radiology, pathology and other specialties that embeds context-relevant patient education, evidence-based research, and communication tools into personalized reports. Its solution integrates with electronic health record systems and physician workflows, enhancing each diagnostic report with relevant imaging and clinical context while giving referring physicians and patients direct access to enhanced reporting. The company was launched in 2012 and co-developed its platform with founding institutions Mayo Clinic and University of Minnesota Physicians. Led by CEO Jim Balabuszko-Reay, Evidentia serves radiologists, pathologists and their referring providers. In October 2015 the company raised $1.2 million in a Series A financing led by Invenshure, LLC. It intends to use the funds to further develop and expand its platform.
