eviivo provides online reservation and property management systems for the independent accommodation sector. Its frontdesk® software handles offline and online bookings in real time and connects small and medium-sized accommodation businesses with online distribution channels. Founded in 2004 and led by Executive Chairman Ian Griffin, the company operates from Hammersmith with a staff of 80. The company received a £30m investment from Investcorp Technology Partners, which has undertaken a majority buyout. Investcorp will partner with eviivo’s founders and management to develop further services to grow the business, and two ITP representatives will join the board. The transaction is intended to support the company’s product and commercial development.
