eVoost builds an AI-driven platform to support the full commercialization cycle for residential real-estate, from market analysis and buyer persona definition to real-time recommendations on pricing, sales pace, competition and campaign optimization. The company says its technology is already used under commercial agreements covering more than $3.5 billion in real-estate assets. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi with operational presence in Madrid and Gijón, eVoost currently operates in Spain, Portugal, the UAE and the U.S., is opening Romania and plans further expansion into Italy, France and the U.K. CEO Cristian Pastrana stated the company will use the new capital to accelerate its product and technology development, expand internationally and grow the team. eVoost aims to scale its managed-asset volume and demonstrate systematic improvement in key metrics such as pricing, absorption and conversion. The company has stated targets to exceed €12M in revenues within the year and to maintain a pipeline above €4,000M in developments.
