Overview
EWOR runs a 6- to 10-month Fellowship program that combines practical, hands-on entrepreneurship education with an associated investment vehicle. The program is steered by serial founders Daniel Dippold, Alexander Grots, and Florian Huber and operates under the ethos “for founders, by founders.” Fellows gain direct access to a network of mentors, advisors, and successful founders via one-on-one calendar links and can receive startup funding of up to €150,000. EWOR focuses on Greentech, Deeptech, AI & Machine Learning, Robotics, Healthtech, and Edtech and recruits builders and sellers including developers, scientists, engineers, and business/social-science talent. The initiative aims to offer fair terms and valuations and to strengthen the European startup ecosystem by combining education, funding, and founder networks. Financial backing comes from accomplished serial entrepreneurs and notable startup figures, supporting EWOR’s goal to become Europe’s counterpart to Y Combinator. Some recent cohort companies have reportedly achieved eight-figure valuations within three to four months of joining, indicating early market traction.
