Exeger
Brinellvägen 32, Stockholm, 114 28, Sweden
Overview
Exeger operates in the solar-cell sector, building photovoltaic solutions and related products. During the second half of 2025 the company is bolstering its balance sheet with at least SEK 160 million raised through new share issues. Management is simultaneously rolling out efficiency measures aimed at increasing profitability. The capital comes from two directed share issues totaling SEK 127.08 million and SEK 32.92 million in guarantee commitments, all priced at SEK 1.00 per share. To further strengthen its finances, Exeger plans a December 2025 rights issue of SEK 110.42 million that will allow existing shareholders to offset dilution caused by the directed issues. The board may expand this rights issue by up to SEK 45 million if demand warrants. Together, the fresh capital and cost-saving initiatives are intended to accelerate Exeger’s path to profitability.
