Exhibitly offers an AI layer that personalises event websites by creating individualised "why attend" reports highlighting the most relevant sessions, speakers and exhibitors for each visitor. Visitors provide their job title and company and receive a personalised mini-website within seconds; the company reports that about 30% of those users click through to the registration page, a rate 10–20x higher than standard event sites. Founded in 2025 by Hendrik Franck and Brent Coppens, the startup signed 114 events in nine months, including major organisers such as Informa and the Dubai World Trade Centre, and serves clients across the UK, US, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Exhibitly has been cashflow positive from day one and currently plans to grow its team, further develop product features and roll out internationally. It is also building a second product aimed at the roughly 4.5 million companies that exhibit each year and targets supporting over 1,000 events by the end of 2027.
